SGR owns the land that the STAR is built on. Unless the state government can control/confiscate assets from a private company I am not sure how they could force the company to lease the site and building to another consortium. If that were to happen a better option may be for SGR to carve up the property assets and sell them off. This was my downside protection scenario when I bought in, before the inquiry was released.
