Firstly a lot of you investors don’t know exactly what star has breached in regards to AML/CTF act ( anti money laundering / counter terrorism financing act )
when a suspicious transaction occurs which is defined by the judgement and professional spectism of the teller or the employee accepting the cash who is empowered to make that decision…. They have 72 hours to lodge a SMR which is a suspicious matter report with AUSTRAC… with all this intelligence helps fight the crime of money laundering …. And this is only 1 aspect of it
secondly everyone who is invested is very brave. This is a shorters dream with the potential of having their license cancel
trade and invest carefully !!
