As long as there's lockdowns in QLD / NSW the price will jump around low like this, I think.
That seems to be the mentality anyway. For me it's a matter of a perfect time to buy while the market is unhappy! A combination of Tourism returning to normal, and the new developments and refurbishments that should be done by next year, will no doubt cause a much more rewarding market price. Add dividends returning to the mix and this (and I'm sure some weeks, maybe months to come) is the best time to get into a good long term growth stock!
