This thing just keeps going sideways all year... SP still basically covers the Sydney property valuation only IMO. We have a lot of headwinds coming our way from a macro perspective. I just can not see any major increases in tourism numbers from current levels.
Still patiently waiting for Brisbane to come online long term.... anyone got info on Gold Coast lately?
