We won't go broke. There are virtually no expenses as current. Maybe besides electricity for lighting, so the security cameras can see what's happening.
The company has ~$98m cash as at Dec 31 2019 and we still have undrawn committed $480m debt facilities.
No staff, no cost of goods sold, minimal maintenance. I don't see this going bankrupt.
Possibly a takeover is more of a looming threat?
