Believe CH2 is taking up supplying of certain Sandoz products to Sigma and having newly acquired 'CSO' status might aim to step in place of Sigma.
The contract may not be straight forward and could contain provision/clauses in which CW can wiggle out of, dependent on bargaining power of said buyer.
