Sigma's FY is actually calendar year which end in about 6 months, the DOD contact kick in now and need some setup cost which shouldn't be considered as a surprise.
In mid term this contract win will partially compensate the CW impact (if there is any), and help the company diversified further away from the PBS revenue.
It is no doubt a positive news.
