    you guys need to understand the difference between normal CSO products and an individual generic supplier. That Supplier ( in this case Sandoz) can set discounts/prices as they see fit based on 2 principles;

    -Govt PBS listed Price (CLP is regulated)
    -Competative pressures with other generic suppliers.

    Take say "Atorvastatin" - there are about 10 versions of which Sandoz have one. It has been known in the Industry that CW use Sandoz as a primary generic - the question is "who is funding" the price "appeal"- Sandoz or the CSO distributor . Sigma appear to be saying "doesn't matter"- you must buy based on the Agreement.
