July 26 (Reuters) - Sigma Healthcare Ltd (SIG) :
- Co and My Chemist/Chemist Warehouse Group entered into a formal negotiation period to seek a commercial resolution of issues in dispute
- If a commercial resolution is not reached parties have agreed to confidential and binding mediation and arbitration.
- As a result of developments, Sigma will now discontinue legal proceedings
