Silver Mines (ASX:SVL) has entered a trading halt ahead of an announcement on financing and underwriting.
Recently, Silver Mines signed an MOU with Malachite Resources (ASX:MAR) for the acquisition of a silver project located near Inverell in northern New Sout Wales.
The Conrad silver project is 150 kilometres by road to Silver Mines' Webbs Silver Project.The trading halt is expected to be lifted no later than the opening of trading on Friday, 7 August, 2015.
Silver Mines is looking to acquire known silver deposits with a demonstrated JORC resource on a low per ounce price.
