so now the CFO of 5yrs resigns the day after this spurious deal got announced...with nary an explanation. alarm bells are ringing Willy...
what possible explanation coudl there be other than that he objected to this ridiculous deal and was told to leave? prob refused to sign off on the transaction so they brought in a patsy to sign.
i am increasingly alarmed this is a value-sucking insider deal to deprive minorities and McDonald Jones of the value of the education biz
