Could see the CR coming from a mile away.

"Quick, quick, tell everyone some of the projects we're doing so they get excited or the SP rises and we don't have to discount as much, then stick your hand out for money."

I'd like to see how they are utilising their strategic assets and capabilities to gain a competitive advantage within the market they operate. They have a lot of businesses with some great capabilities but they haven't figured out how to run them to their full potential, integrating the services could be the key. The board appears a bit stale and could do with some other skills sets, accounting is a given, but that's not hard, where's the law capability, or the HR capability (HR should be a given considering it's a training company) - these two areas are the most important for the battles SIT is currently facing.
