March 21 (Reuters) - Silver Chef Ltd (SIV) :
- intends to undertake an accelerated 1 for 12 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer of fully paid ordinary shares in silver chef to raise $21 million
- offer price of $7.00 per new share
- funds raised will be used to support silver chef's ongoing growth in its rental asset base and ensure an appropriate mix of funding sources
- Full year net profit after tax guidance maintained in the range of $21 million- $23 million
