    March 8 (Reuters) - Spark Infrastructure Group (SKI) :

    • New CEO appointed for Transgrid (SKI)
    • Appointment by the board of Transgrid of Paul Italiano as its new CEO
    • Says Italiano will take up his position as CEO of Transgrid mid-year and replaces Peter Mcintyre
    • Says in the interim, Ian Stirling will act as CEO of Transgrid
