    July 1 (Reuters) - Spark Infrastructure Group (SKI) :

    • Transgrid inaugural placement into the uspp market (SKI)
    • Says total proceeds raised equate to A$1 billion
    • Proceeds will be utilised to repay in full the existing bank debt bridge

      facility which had been due to expire in December 2017

    • NSW electricity networks finance reached agreement with US investors to place

      US$700 million and A$75 million of bonds into uspp market
