Very shady agreement probably done to give SKN 12 months in which to enable the new investors/funders to get their investment and some return back before the announcement is made in 12 months time that the 1.2m litres wasn’t achieved (most likely not even close) and hence the agreement not extended.
Would love to get a copy of the fall agreement and see that it is probably written in the same language that the underwriting agreement with State Securities was done.
