Anybody can sign a deal if there are no financial clauses. Until there are real orders and real $$$ coming in, one should assume this is just pie in the sky stuff.
On the positive side they seem to have a dedicated place of business instead of a residential address, and even a landline number. Things are on the up for SKN!
