YPB valued at $37m seems a bit rich for me considering it's low quarterly sales figure of $23K and low cash holdings. As for SKF what do you know about the 82,500,000 SkyFii vendor performance shares . SKF doesn't appear to hold much cash either , around $3.2M left and a $2m cost base.
Total SkyFii shares after earn-out in 2016 182,500,337 and at 22c values SKF at over $40M , Seems a fair valuation considering their revenue is under $200K a quarter.
