Thanks for the heads up @coinflipper. No pun intended. I'd been concerned about the performance of this company for a while. Held on while the SP tracked sideways from Sept to March hoping for better news. The acquisitions were promoted as EPS accreditive by management, however Mr Market has been telling us otherwise. Decided to exit this position. The risks appear to the downside with no obvious catalyst for improvement. Yes the historical PE is now looking cheap, but that's only if the E holds up.
