They appear to have had a major hissy fit.
After the "major strategic review" and many discussions/negotiations, and resignation of their Directors, SLR made the better offer.
Is this about ego, and throwing more good money after bad, when their skillsets have already been found to be inadequate?
Presumably if the court entertains the second Appian play, SLR should also get to make a revised offer?
