A slight delay but not unusual for SLX.
It appears to me that the relevant information provided is that there are a number of parties in the advanced stages of DD.
Also the term " binding agreements " is relevant here.
There is much at stake and no party will sign up unless it really knows what are the terms.
For my money all is on track and delays are a usual event in complicated commercial transactions.
