Camrow we will wait for the relevant authorities to make their decision on whether it complies or not. In my opinion it doesn't (I am not going to go into the specific reasons on this forum) but Valmin is open to interpretation and different people's perceptions of it.

The independent directors of SMC have had a pretty good opportunity to look at this report in detail by now. They have had plenty of time to assess the methodology, the technical competency of the author and the ultimate findings. As industry professionals and directors of Strategic Minerals, this is their job. Unless we hear from them, one can only conclude they are satisfied with the standard of this report. That's a different perspective and interpretation.

We'll see what happens.
