    I couldn't agree more. There were some errors in my last valuation report (mostly formatting) so I have included a new cleaner version below. I have also used the $2,800/oz gold price from the expert report to be consistent. At face value (no mining study available):

    $0.90 to $1.20 is fair and reasonable for mine.
