Dont forget takeovers panel. im sure there would be alot that got caught out could not cancel there bid in time. But they did have it for sale anyway..
I do think there a a few circumstances. The days trades could reversed or some other acceptable outcome to favour shareholders .
All buy and sell orders should have been purged prior to opening . That is 1 case to put forward.
Im sure if that happened they would not have got all the sharesthey did. One has to be very technical and know all the rules to get it done. Beyond my capacity to do it.
