The required $2400 fee to apply to the Takeover Panel is too rich for my blood, since when does justice come with an up-front administration fee? What is this, a third world country where you have to pay people to investigate possible breaches of the law? Hopefully one of the larger shareholders or someone within the company will pursue this option, which is often quicker and more effective than ASIC.
Hopefully Golden Investments have slipped up somewhere, and they will be caught out or tripped up, for the opportunists that they are.
