1. agree with Lightman1 that shareholders will get more $ --> $1.03.
2. Golden Investment can't buy at higher than $1 and there are no sellers at $1.00.
But i can't see how this bonus issue itself can stop a complete takeover in due course.
3. what would have been the effects if the bonus issue were 50 shares for every 1,000 held?
