Is there anything to stop the BOD issuing a special dividend to unlock the franking credits that, I believe, they currently hold? I read something in the Oz to that effect. And have we heard from the other large shareholder who has over 10% and could stop the bid from being a compulsory mop up? Have heard nothing back from the FIRB on this.
