I had thought the reason for that might be that many holders of small parcels who had held for a while when coal was a dirty word simply preferred to sell the Rights for free cash. Or perhaps maybe with times looking a bit tough did not have any spare cash to put into the Rights It was a tempting proposition looking at the way SRR opened last Monday. All the best
