I'm in complete agreement with you. If Ben had any decency they'd be amenable to borrowers buying their loans from them at a significant discount - say 50 cents in the dollar. I hope your legals turn something up, mine are going through the contracts now with a view to advising me how to make a bloody nuisance of myself. I realise its all a bit David and Goliath, but I'm damned if I'm giving up. As for paying the tax - bring it on... I'd much rather the good people of Australia benefited from my money than a pack of usurers.
