I agree its a strange one. However, its starting to make sense based on key Outcomes achieved: 1. Drop out of a non-material business that is less than 10% in revenue and removing costs linked to this to get focused on the key market that is driving growth. 2. Cash is king in this environment where wars are starting everywhere and economy is in doldrums, and it does not matter where it comes from. So getting cash injection from the deal to invest into smart cities growth - 3. In court cases every one is a loser except for the lawyers - so good riddance.
