News: Soil Sub Technologies eyes technology acquisition

    Perth based Soil Sub Technologies (ASX:SOI) could enter the technology sector when it emerges from a trading halt on 17th September 2015.

    The company had been performing due diligence on the acquisition of Malaysian based property projects in Pahang and Terengganu, Malaysia.

    This option expired on 30th June 2015 and the company flagged it would assess other investment opportunities.

    The company will provide detail on an option to acquire a technology based business.
