Your correct that SOL is a very well ran company and great long term investment but I would have to agree that it's overpriced at the moment and I would suggest trying to pick it up in the low 20s if your prepared to be patient. It's got diversified interests outside of NHC which are big contributors (primarily being BKW and TPG) so no I wouldn't say that its like a Woodside etc. more of a diversified investment house which places big bets on cyclical industries and works on an ultra long term basis.
