March 23 (Reuters) - Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Ltd (SOL) :
- HY profit after tax of $95.4 million, an increase of 41.7%
- HY revenue from operations down 23.3% to $272.3 million
- Interim dividend increased by 5.0% to 21 cents per share fully franked for the period
- Believes the short term outlook for building products is very positive
- Washington H Soul Pattinson and company- earnings uplift recorded in first half expected to be maintained over full financial year
