GUYS! GUYS!! GUYS! Whilst I welcome heathly debate and hear what you both say .. Can I please ask a question I have not seen addressed in either of your posts??
Can Coal used for Seam Gas that has been exhausted of its gas production be then used for UGC?? Seems a logical question given that the UCG protagonists claim 20 times more energy than CSG?? Is there anyone out there with sufficient knowledge to answer this question?? If it is answered in the affirmative why does not the QLD Government facilite a meeting of both camps to further capitalise on our resources before the climate change fanatics close down all coal enterprises?? My take on water problems is that without doubt CSG seems in many cases to require water extraction before any real production of gas can happen.. (Check ESG posts) At least one company is putting in a reverse osmosis system to deal with cleaning up the water and on "selling" it for productive purposes. UGC on the other hand in many cases is claimed to be well under the water table so wont have any degradation of the underground water resources.. I did not think I would post on LNC given my comments on Quarterly report and subsequent selling off of my interest but the previous posters comments were too hard to resist!! Com'on guys .. give us your comments on above and stop swiping at each other..(would like to have you both at my next party..would not need entertainment!!) Cheers to Dic and Dex!! - and good luck to all holders!! Don
