On 17th July 2009,Carbon Energy signed a COMMERCIAL OFF-TAKE agreement with ERGON ENERGY (a QLD GOVERNMENT owned Electricity provider) to provide Power to approx 4,000 homes in QLD by the end of Calendar 2009.
There goes your FALSE statement that UCG COMMERCIALISATION has been banned in QLD for 2 years !
