Lets be clear - the Queensland Government BANNED UCG commercialisation in February 2009 AFTER AND BECAUSE of Chincilla, it has been and was up and running as a test facility which the Queensland government assessed in 2008 as well as 2002.
Yes I do have an axe to grind, anyone that is not investing in the coal deal and is investing in UCG which is BANNED for 2 years has to be very careful and not listen to the PR = dex
