If you read the just realesast1/4 from CYL. Call me paranoid, but I sensed a souring in the T project. What I mean, is I think CYL, by not releasing after the RL has been granted, is a tactic, maybe at pssin off NML, or at least the share price.
It says to me we are on a ripper, and CYL wants more of it.
Maybe im too paranoid.
