so we had a little news this morning and it was not what the market wanted to hear. Lots of people dumping their small parcels when not hearing that a deal as gone through.

So its going to take a little more time. The news in fact I think is good stating how they are in negotiations now with "the company" which means they were happy with their 6 and half week study.

They also stated how several other companies have requested audiences with AXO, and not acquiring the money for the option agreement I think will not be an issue.
