The marger with TPG is looking like a smoke screen of a major problem. The shareprice is telling us that is so.
SOT was hoping a takeover would get this company off it's hands but that didn't occur so in IMO SOT is paying TPG to take the company off it's hands...I dont think the brave face SOT was tryed to put on over the last year worked, it backfired
