Here here... sadly I lost the faith here some months backs... Still, been trying to research some this morning, Experts Report needs to be done for the T/O... would like to see that as it should answer the questions to some degree regarding the overall health or otherwise of the company. The debt the new entity will hold may be cause for concern, but I don't know enough about the industry and about TPG etc as I just moved back from OS.
I assume the Experts Report will likely come out with the EGM Notice of Meeting, Proxy Forms and Resolutions? Meeting needs to happen before April 17th which is the ex date for the divvie we get "IF" we vote in favour... so assuming they have to give us 28 days notice, we might expect to see this report what? This week, next?
Have written to ASIC to ask re notification regs - will let you know what I come up with... in the meantime, we seem to be dropping a cent or so a day... Scary...
