    • Directors' statement - termination of proposed acquisition (SOP)
    • Says "until today, the Thai project company of oscg has not obtained that

      letter"

    • Refers to acquisition of OSC Group Pte. Ltd
    • Says board, after deliberations, has resolved to discontinue the acquisition
    • Thai project co of oscg was required to obtain an approval letter for

      financing for property development project in Thailand
