I agree P Donaldson has done a terrific job, absolutely looking to maximise shareholder value. While the involvement of the Eritrean Government may well 'speed' things up I think it worth pointing out that things happen in Middle Earth a little differently than in the West where time and transparency is involved.
Having said that I think the planets are starting to align this year, with 2016/17 a producing company with a different name.
