South Boulder Mines (ASX:STB) managing director Paul Donaldson has acquired 60,000 shares of the company in an on market purchase.
Donaldson paid $10,050 for the shares, or an average consideration of $0.1675, which brings his total shareholding up to 151,666 shares.
He also holds the following options:
- 700,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.599 each, expiring on 31 January 2016;
- 1,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.649 each and expiring on 31 January 2016;
- 1,300,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.949 each, expiring on 31 January 2016; and
- 1,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.34 each expiring on 29 November 2016.The company recently secured an export terminal area for Colluli Potash Project in Eritrea.
It has a large combined Resource of 1.08 billion tonnes at 18% KCl that has the potential to produce premium potassium sulphate fertiliser which currently carries a price premium of approximately $300 per tonne.
