I borrowed this post from another thread, so I hope the poster doesn't mind but I think it is a good comparison to what is going on with our stock:

Mon / Tues this week he again bought on market $7 million worth @ 4 bucks, this morning he's up 5% which is not the point, the point is he gives confidence to his S/holders by his actions.????"

Now, I know $10,000 seems to be only a token gesture in comparison but it does show that our MD is willing to back the stock in dire times.
