News: SP AusNet ompletes $434M capital raising

    SP AusNet (ASX:SPN) has completed its $434 million capital raising which was announced last month.



    The full amount was raised under an entitlement offer and will fund a significant expansion in SP AusNet’s asset base along with other growth opportunities.



    The electricity and gas provider reported a 0.8 per cent rise in its full year earnings last month.



    SP AusNet generated a net profit of $255 million for its 2012 financial year .
