    re: News: Specialty Fashion Group Expects FY ... You're assuming that every time they close a store it remains untenanted for the balance of the five years. Unrealistic assumption. Plus we don't know the terms of their leases eg they might have multiple leases with Lend Lease, Westfield on favourable terms.That's not not to say that I'm not happy Jan. But philosophical, don't be in equities if you're not philosophical.
