Joey, SPZ need to be able to justify spending the capital on technology for each of those sites. Probably best referred to as the payback period. Some are an easy call, others not so, depending upon size, potential parking breach notices (should have some history of each site breaches) assuming staff were actually doing their jobs. Some may not have any PBN's if they are just manually monitored staff carparks. If uneconomical to convert I would expect SPZ will let the management agreement lapse on those individual sites. SPZ would have done that analysis before completing the deal and adding these to the pipeline.
