Back to profitability. Three or four years ago there would have been few people thinking that this milestone could be achieved by 2017, if at all.

It's been a tremendous turnaround. Debt has been slashed and is now at manageable levels. There's strong cash flow, a strong order book, growing export sales and the company continues to innovate. Well done management - an exceptional achievement imho.

CBA, the company's bank, has recognised the turnaround by providing the company with credit on easier terms. The market might be starting to catch on too - there aren't many sellers visible.
