It seems a challenge for Dr Chick and associates to milk it further down as the sp can't go lower. The folks had a consolidation plan in Jan 2019, but was denied by TG and other major shareholders. If shares were consolidated, those guys would keep milking sp down.
Not sure if Tony Guoga has any connection with these guys.
