    Nov 16 (Reuters) - Spicers Ltd (SRS) -

    • Reached a 'tripartite' settlement agreement with bankruptcy trustee of Spicers' former German operations and landlord of central warehouse
    • A settlement amount of Eur 1.65 million to be paid by Spicers, has been agreed between parties
    • Settlement will contribute approximately $2 million to Spicers' 'discontinued operations' profit result for HY 16
